He made sure we saw the home and had our offer in before the first open house. And sure enough- our offer was the first one! He made the escrow process very easy for us. He always told us what to do next. Made us stay on top of our loan officer, and even had us bring contractors in so we could start planning our rennovation plan ahead of time.
